Every project, whether it's a custom home, a renovation, or a small commercial building, follows the same basic path for us. First we’ll figure out what we’re building and how to bring your vision to life. Then we’ll plan the budget and how we’re going to build it. Then we’ll execute your vision and build from the ground up.

We’ve found that breaking a project into these three phases helps keep everyone aligned on the vision, budget, timeline, and expectations before work begins and throughout the construction process.

CONCEPTING PHASE

  • Discussing the vision: We’ll set potential goals, budget, style, and requirements.

  • Assessing feasibility: We’ll review the site, zoning, codes, and budget constraints.

  • Creating the concept: We’ll develop preliminary designs per your vision.

PLANNING PHASE

  • Developing plans: We’ll create architectura/structural plans and mockups.

  • Finalization: We’ll finalize material costs and the timeline.

  • Securing approvals: We’ll obtain permits (if needed).

EXECUTION PHASE

  • Preparation and building: We’ll lay the foundation for the project’s build site.

  • Installation: We’ll install the materials & ensure everything is perfect.

  • The final product: We’ll perform final quality checks and make sure you’re happy.
